As we continue moving forward in the name of the Lord, we are grateful to share encouraging news about the work God is doing through Harris Family Ministries.

Healing and Restoration for Women

God is powerfully using our ministry to bring healing and restoration to wounded women. We have successfully completed:

  • Two Hurting Moms Mending Hearts 10-week class sessions

  • Two Yielding Hearts 8-week class sessions

The impact of these programs has been profound. Mothers consistently report that they feel uplifted, equipped, and better prepared to navigate family challenges in healthier, God-honoring ways. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

While we are unable to publish individual testimonies here, we encourage you to visit the Hurting Moms Mending Hearts Facebook page. If you see comments referencing Georgiana, that is our ministry. One participant, a former counselor with Teen Challenge in Philadelphia, shared how this program revealed insights she felt she had missed while supporting a family member through addiction. These courses are truly life-changing.

Current and Ongoing Classes

Our in-person classes meet every Tuesday at 7:00 PM at Christ Episcopal Church in Pottstown, PA, and are also available via Zoom.

Our mission is to help women experience freedom, learn—or re-learn—how to live a Godly life, and raise their children according to those principles.

When enrollment for Hurting Moms Mending Hearts is paused, we offer classes focused on Self-Care and Emotional Healing. Each completed course concludes with a celebration dinner for in-person participants—a powerful and joyful time as mothers share how their lives have been transformed.

Healing & Deliverance Training

We are currently participating in the How to Heal the Sick Video School by Charles and Frances Hunter, facilitated by Pastor Sally Super, Founder of Touch of the Master’s Hand Healing & Deliverance Ministry (Bristol, PA). A Major Milestone: Recovery Home for Mothers and Children

Many of you know that we have been praying and searching diligently for a home to launch our recovery program for mothers—one that allows them to remain with one or two of their children during the recovery process.

We are excited to share that we have signed an Agreement of Sale for a home in West Pottsgrove Township and have received zoning approval to operate this program. This has been a long and challenging journey, and we are deeply grateful for God’s faithfulness.

Our next step is securing the funding needed to purchase the property.

We are seeking monthly partners as well as one-time or occasional supporters.

These mothers and children urgently need help. Our goal is to save lives, restore families, and prevent future generations from falling into addiction. Both mothers and children will receive counseling and support throughout the program.

This is an investment with eternal impact—an investment in the Kingdom of Heaven. The return far exceeds any earthly measure. Addiction has caused deep pain and devastation in families and communities, stealing childhoods and leaving children with adult burdens far too soon.
